GTL was established as a Texas Limited Partnership in 1993 by Michael Foulard, President.  GTL is focused on the trading of petroleum feedstocks, chiefly various naphthas, gasoline blendstocks, heavy feedstocks, and liquefied petroleum gas.  We are a shipper on the Colonial Pipeline and other pipelines.  Headquartered in Houston, Texas, we hold a valid 637 license with the Internal Revenue Service, and hold fuel permits in various states along the Gulf Coast and Southeastern United States.
