by Michael Foulard, Gulfstream’s experienced petroleum traders
have earned excellent reputations in the industry for business
integrity and customer responsiveness. Managing risk through
proven hedging strategies, effective stop-loss controls and strictly
imposed trading discipline, our many long-term customers generally
regard our traders as their “go to” guys when it
comes to filling their feedstock or blendstock needs.
Michael
W. Foulard, Founder and President.
Involved in the industry since 1980, Mike has been employed in
various roles at Aectra Refining and Marketing, Crysen Refining,
Inc., and TransMarketing Houston where he was responsible for
the development of the Company’s naphtha trading activities. Mike
is involved in the development of medium and long-term strategies
for GTL, as well as maintenance of customer and banking relationships. Mike
spends the majority of his time managing the trading operations
of our international business GOB. Mike holds a B.A. from
Texas Christian University.
Michael
Smith, Trader and Risk Manager. With
six years’ experience in petrochemical and petroleum trading
and marketing, Mike is responsible for managing the day-to-day
operations of GTL, as well as domestic and international feedstock
trading. Mike holds a B.A. from the University of Notre Dame. With
his background in financial analysis at CSFB, Mike brings a wealth
of experience in trading analysis and strategies to Gulfstream’s
trading operation.
Harris Masterson, Analyst and Trader. Harris
is responsible for market analysis and domestic feedstock trading. He
holds a B.A. in Economics from Texas Christian University.

Operations Gulfstream’s
operations staff is 100% focused on managing the logistics and
financial risk of each trade from origin to delivery in order to
satisfy our customers’ needs – all while maintaining
a highly efficient and streamlined overall trading operation.
Harris Masterson, Operations Manager. Harris works in assuring that our trading operations
run smoothly on a continuous basis and that all contractual
limits are met. Closely monitoring each trade, he alerts
the traders and finance to any detail or incident that may
affect a deal. He is responsible for marine scheduling,
contract administration, invoicing, and demurrage analysis.

Finance and
Administration We enjoy exceptionally strong relationships
with a number of national and international banks. In addition,
we rely upon the energy futures brokerage services of NewEdge,
BNP Paribas and others for risk management purposes.
Becky
Clamp, Chief Financial Officer. Becky is responsible
for our banking relationships, treasury management, and financial
reporting. Her prior experience includes serving as Vice
President of Finance at a software firm, Controller of a publicly
traded transportation firm, and 4 years in public accounting. Becky
is a licensed CPA in the state of Texas and holds a B.S. from
the University of South Carolina and an M.B.A. from Rice University.
Georgia Gatoura Foulard, M.D., Human Resources
/ Administrative. Georgia is responsible
for human resource matters and management of the company’s
real estate investments. She holds a B.A. from
Rice University and an M.D. from Baylor College of Medicine.
